This is an archive of my Kamen Rider Ryuki live watch thread, from Twitter. I think this was my first time making this type of thread to try to collect my thoughts on a TV show a little better. You can tell how inexperienced I was at this point when it comes to tokusatsu tropes with how strongly I criticize certain story beats related to female characters. Oh I was so silly and green back then. I bet if I watched Ryuki now those things wouldn't even phase me.
This archive is collected from two different Twitter threads in different accounts, plus a mini-extra thread of a certain friend's reactions from my DMs, shared with permission. I've marked where one thread ends the other begins in the table. There's 20 entries per page to make it easier on the visitor's browser and data. This was one of the shows I marathoned to be able to keep up with Zi-O without spoiling myself any finales or big story elements. It ended up being one of my favorite seasons and Shinji one of my favorite riders as well. Enjoy my tears and my laughs and my boizurabu brain vomit.

I found Shinji to be incredibly irritating, he's very stupid, but my love for brainless characters has increased over time so I might like him now. I certainly found his ineptitude in ep 1 endearing.

Ren and Shinji are holding up their pokemons so I thought those scribbled folks could also be pokemon trainers, but Yui is holding up the monster seal card, so I guess they're not necessarily future riders. Old man and kid riders would be weird after all.
