Like with Kamen Rider W, I went into this series with a certain level of high ship content expectation due to fandom hype and ended up being somewhat disappointed by the canon food. Still, I'm very glad I watched it just for Juggler's existence.

I think Juggler could see Cap in front of him, while Gai bonded with her because of what he saw behind her. So JugCap conversations felt less one sided. |
